The list of strategic partners of Capital Cell continues to grow thanks to a new partnership agreement with Ship2B, an accelerator and investment platform based in Barcelona, dedicated to social impact startups.
This new agreement, signed within Ship2B investment and acceleration program for start-ups and spin-offs of the health sector –Tech4Health, is seen by Capital Cell as an extraordinary opportunity for the projects within this field. A synergy that we believe will benefit Tech4Health candidate projects – as they will be able to opt for Capital Cell as a vehicle to reach the capital needed – and that will be as well an advantage for those that come directly to our platform. These ones will be able to benefit from Ship2B’s strategic support through its acceleration program or its €1.5M co-investment vehicle, B-Fund.
This new partnership was signed on March 14, and this same day we had the chance to participate in the VIII Impact Investment Forum organised by Ship2B. The event that took place at the Barcelona Activa MediaTic Building and that brought together over 100 investors, was also an excellent occasion for us to get to know 8 promising social impact projects – some of them from the health sector and which we will most certainly be talking about soon!
